Molly Mitchell discovered her love of cooking and baking by working in kitchens of all stripes, from a hometown diner to an award winning bakery. After graduating from French Pastry School in Chicago, she opened Roses Fine Food as a farm-to-table breakfast restaurant in Detroit, Michigan to both popular and critical acclaim.
